Mains water
Save on mains water
Treated wash water goes back into the bay instead of being drawn from the mains, so every wash costs less than the one before it.

What we do

Wash Water Industries is the national agent for Wash Bays, with contractors offering support Australia wide.
Benefits
Wash down areas are usually expensive twice over: once for the mains water going in, and again for the waste water going out. A recycle system removes both costs, and in most cases the council connection along with them.
Mains water
Treated wash water goes back into the bay instead of being drawn from the mains, so every wash costs less than the one before it.
Pumpouts
No more scheduled waste water collection and no more pumpout invoices, using purpose-built recycle and first flush stages.
Water quality
Water is disinfected in the final stage of processing, ready for safe reuse in wash down, irrigation and garden use.
Site design
The wash bay design uses the open sky to support recycled water quality, so no covered structure is needed over the bay.
Council
The bay operates as a closed loop, so a trade waste connection to council sewage is not required as part of the build.
Council
Avoid expensive trade waste applications and the recurring council charges that follow them for the life of the site.
Applications
Our wash bay designs cover commercial and industrial sites of almost any size, from a single hand wash area to a multi-bay truck facility. Not on the list? Most wash down areas can be adapted, so send us your site details and we will tell you what is possible.

Services
Every site washes something different, at a different volume, with a different water quality target at the end of it. The system is specified around all three.
Phase 1
We review site requirements, vehicle types, runoff volumes and your day-to-day workflow before anything is designed. The wrong bay layout costs more to fix than to plan properly.
Phase 2
Systems are specified to capture, process and disinfect wash water for practical reuse. Our first flush designs come from 30 years in the industry, developed alongside chemists to reach the recycle water quality your application actually needs.
Phase 3
Installation and ongoing maintenance by contractors Australia wide, backed by Queensland manufacturing and certified WaterMark products.
Water Quality
Our recycle systems have been tested for water quality over long periods and consistently return optimal results. The same process can be applied to enhance water quality in sewage treatment systems where stringent EPA guidelines apply.
On-site rain tanks used for gardens or wash down still need disinfection before the water is safe to reuse. Rain water can be adapted to our recycle disinfection system so it can be reused safely alongside your wash water.
Because the wash bay design uses the open sky as part of the treatment process, recycled water stays at the quality needed for wash down and irrigation without a covered structure over the bay, and without the cost of building one.
